This is a collection of desserts and baked goods that I have made over the years. It's a hobby of mine and I'm always looking for new recipes to try! My favorite thing to bake are cakes, they're my specialty. Especially my chocolate ganache cake which has been very popular with friends and family. They also get very good reviews from everyone who has tried them!

I try to take pictures of just about everything I make since desserts make great photo subjects! My collection so far is located in the gallery. I also have a list of the things that I most commonly bake for reference. Sometimes I use cake mixes for convenience but most things I make from scratch.

My interest in baking and decorating cakes first started when I wanted to make my grandma a birthday cake to surprise her. She gave me her decorating tools that she didn't use anymore and I used an old Wilton cake book to learn the basic techniques. We would also often bake together which are some of my favorite memories. From there I progressed and am always trying to think of new ways to decorate cakes or create new recipes. So far all of my inventions have been edible!
